You can make your payments at our auctions by bank transfer or credit card. We do not have a payment system at the door. For products purchased at the buy it now price, the shipping fee and service fee belong to our company, and 20% VAT is charged on the products remaining at auction. Shipping costs belong to the buyer, and we have an agreement with Hepsijet and domestic cargo. The responsibility of any problems that may occur during shipping of all products belongs to our page. You can request a refund by reporting your return requests within 14 days. For product returns, the refund will be made to your account within 1-3 business days from the day the product reaches the warehouse. Depending on the risk of breakage of the product to be shipped, the shipping company (hepsiJET, domestic cargo, special transportation) may vary. Due to the density of cargo companies, there may be a delay in the departure or delivery of your delivered products for significant days and weeks.

Your product will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is placed. In cases where the product is not shipped on time, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the product and a refund will be made. We have an agreement with Hepsjiet Ev Domestic Cargo and delivery is made to all regions of Turkey. In accordance with the legislation, if there is any defect in the second-hand electronic devices you purchased during cargo delivery, you must keep a report before accepting the cargo. Refunds cannot be made for electronic products that are not recorded.

 

You can track your cargo for the product you purchased our instagram page or through the cargo tracking system of the relevant cargo.

Return Guarantee

If the product you purchased is not as it appears in the photos, has misleading descriptions or was damaged in shipping, etc. In such cases, the product can be returned within 14 days. All products on our page; It is covered by our warranty if the following conditions are met.
 

In order for us to understand the problem you are experiencing with the product, you must take a photo of the product on the day you receive it and inform us about it on our Instagram page along with a short description. After your product is examined, if there is a problem within the conditions we have specified, we will deliver the product through Yurtiçi Kargo / Labu Djital Medya company agreement.586443724All you have to do is send by specifying the code numbered.
